After your equipment has been purchased and installed, it’s essential to protect your investment when the manufacturers warranty has expired. Without an extended warranty plan, a defective display can mean lost room revenue while the unit is being repaired. Premium Plan Flagstaff's extended warranty program provides critical "attic stock" or a pool of surplus units to draw from in case of display failure. Our Premium Plan is preferred by the majority of our customers because it provides the on-site surplus inventory necessary to protect your property in the event of multiple display failures. Purchasing the Premium Plan with Flagstaff saves you money because the upfront costs of the additional inventory are part of the plan. Typical on-site repair programs can often take several days to get a technician out to the property to repair the defective unit, resulting in lost revenue. With Flagstaff, in the event you experience a display failure, you simply call the customer service equipment triage number to discuss the nature of the problem to determine if it can be resolved over the phone or if it requires replacement. If the unit needs to be replaced, Flagstaff will issue a return authorization number which authorizes you to replace the defective unit with one from the on-site inventory. This immediately gets the room back in service without disruption and loss of revenue. Certified Manufacturer Service Center All defective units will be returned to Flagstaff's service center and repaired by an authorized Flagstaff technician. Once the unit is repaired, it will be returned and placed back into the on-site inventory pool. Base Plan Our Base Plan provides equal long-term protection of your assets as our Premium Plan, but you supply the equipment for your “attic stock” of inventory. |
