Installation and Programming

We understand that making one visit to the guest room for complete installation is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and to the success of a timely installation.  That’s why Flagstaff technicians are trained and certified to perform all of the in-room work in just one visit to the guest rooms.

Once the equipment is relocated to the rooms, installation and programming begins. Flagstaff’s experienced technicians install the displays, including physically mounting them on the wall or on the desktop using Peerless mounts. 

We will properly program the display settings and set the channel line up.  This ensures that all of your displays will appear and function exactly the same when being utilized by one of your guests throughout the property.

We will also install the designated pay-per-view system.  This process involves signal testing, installing new jumper cables and security sleeves, installing the pay-per-view card, system testing, and remote control testing.
